Terms of Service
Last updated September 2026.
1. What this service is
ICONIC Front Desk is a chat widget you embed on your own website. It answers visitor questions using only the content you publish through your own dashboard, and it hands anything it cannot answer to you directly.
2. Your account and your content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you publish and for having the right to publish it. You keep ownership of everything you upload. We store it to run the service and to let you export or delete it at any time from your dashboard.
You may not publish content that is illegal, that makes a claim you cannot support, or that is designed to make the agent misrepresent your services, your credentials or your policies.
3. Subscription and billing
The service is billed monthly through Stripe at the single rate shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. You can open your billing page at any time to see your next charge, update your card, or cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge and turns off your widget at the end of the period you already paid for.
There is no refund for a partial month. If you believe you were charged in error, tell us through your dashboard and we will look into it by hand.
4. What the agent does and does not do
The agent answers only from the content and pages you give it. It does not interpret a visitor's personal chart, rule on anyone's certification or credentials, make a medical claim, or decide a refund on your behalf. These limits apply on every conversation and cannot be turned off from your dashboard, because they protect your visitors and your practice regardless of what your own content says.
The agent can be wrong, can escalate more often than you would like, and is not a substitute for you reviewing your own conversations from time to time. We make no guarantee that any particular answer will be accurate or complete.
5. Service limits and fair use
Each account has a monthly spend limit shown on your dashboard. If a month's usage reaches that limit, the widget switches to pointing visitors at your booking link until the next billing period starts, rather than answering further questions that month. You can raise your limit by contacting us through your dashboard.
6. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or end an account that violates section 2, that is used to abuse the service, or that goes unpaid, and we will tell you why when we do.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the new date at the top of this page, and a change that materially reduces what the service does for you will be sent to your account email in advance.
8. Contact
Reach us through the application form if you are not yet a customer, or through your dashboard once you have signed in.
